Delivery Information

We use several professional logistic companies to ensure your items reach you safely and as economically as possible.

Delivery Procedure

Deliveries are made by an external professional logistics company. By accepting the delivery charge you are entering in to a separate contract with the logistics company. We provide the courier company with your personal details, name, address and telephone number. As such please ensure all details are correct and up to date, especially if using PayPal, if you provide us with incorrect details you may incur additional charges or experience a delay with your order.

Small Parcel Service

Small parcels will typically be with you within 5 working days of receiving your order. Should you not be home when the delivery is made you can arrange for the item to be re-sent or to collect yourself from your local depot.

1) Standard Pallet Delivery

 

The standard service is a one man delivery service and this includes delivery to the kerbside.   This is a one man delivery and your assistance is required to unload the items and move them into a safe location.  This means that you may have to arrange assistance for unloading items from the pallet and taking them into your property.  

 

2) Special deliveries (including Express and Saturday shipping)

Additional charges are payable for premium services. Express Delivery will typically be with you within 48 hours of order completion (excluding weekends and bank holidays). The courier company aim to get to you as quickly as possible so will not pre-arrange a delivery slot with you therefore you need to ensure someone is there to check and sign for the delivery. Please contact our staff should you require further information: 0844 8112 321. Please be aware you will be liable for redelivery charges should you not be present to receive an Express Delivery.

Saturday delivery is between 8am and 1pm and you must be present to check and sign for delivery. Please contact our staff should you require further information.

We operate three price tiers for delivery.

Larger item delivery rates will be dependent on postal code area. For most of our customers in mainland UK the £29.99 rate will be payable; however some outlying postal codes will be liable to an additional charge. When Will I Receive My Order?

For smaller items please contact our sales team who will be able to give you your consignment number: 0844 8112 321 to assist you in tracking your item. Typically you can expect to receive your items within 5 days.

When You Receive Your Items

What do I do if I receive my order and there is visible damage to the packaging?

A: Please refuse the item and contact us to let us know, we can then pursue a claim with the courier and arrange for new items to be sent to you.

For larger items (with the 2 man delivery service) you will be able to thoroughly inspect items so rather than rejecting the whole pallet you can return just the damaged goods to us.

What do I do if I spot damage after I have received my item?

A: We ask all our customers to thoroughly inspect each item within 48 hours of receipt. With ceramic items we strictly adhere to this policy. If you notice any damage then please notify us via email customer@brandedbathrooms.com or phone: 0844 8112 321.
